The rapidly expanding Devcon Property Group had a very unique challenge. They lead their market in premium turn-key residential properties, they had a track record of quality commercial developments – and yet, their project marketing presence was amongst the masses.

We set out to change this with an overhaul of their collateral, starting with the HQ precinct at Sippy Downs. We crafted a strategy for every touchpoint of the project, to ensure the market perception matched the physical product. This was a true ‘concept-to-completion’ creative rollout that now brings all future Devcon projects into a class of its own.
